Our right of return applies for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days ago, we can unfortunately no reimbursement and none
Offer exchange.
In order to be possible for a return, your article must be unused and in the the same state in which you have received it. The
Article must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from the return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
cannot be returned. We also do not accept any products that are intimate or hygiene articles, dangerous
Materials or flammable liquids or gases act.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products for download
* Some health and body care products
To complete your return, we need a receipt or a purchase document.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl panels that were opened.
* Articles that are no longer in its original condition are damaged or in which parts are missing for reasons that do not on our lack

* Articles that are returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)

An exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an article for the same article,

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when buying and sent directly to you, you will receive a
Voucher at the level of the purchasing value. As soon as we have received the article that has been sent back, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when buying or sent to the donor, the reimbursement is made to the
gifting person, and the gift person is informed about the return.
Shipment
To return your product, you should send your product to: Damaschkering 20b, Gronau, NRW, 48599, Germany.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your article yourself. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you have a
Receive reimbursement, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged items to arrive can vary depending on the country in which you are living.
If you send an item worth over € 75, you should have a shipping service with shipment tracking or the conclusion of a
Remove shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the article you return.
